3. Licence & Permitted Use
CoursecAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the course materials solely for your personal, non-commercial educational purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, sell, or create derivative works from any course content without our written permission.
4. Subscriptions & Payments
Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis (weekly, monthly, or quarterly depending on your plan). You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on first-time subscriptions.
5. Refund Policy
If you are not satisfied with your subscription within the first 30 days of your first purchase, contact us at support@coursai.io and we will provide a full refund, no questions asked. Refunds are not available for renewals or subsequent billing periods.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service — including course videos, quizzes, illustrations, and text — is owned by CoursecAI or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Your certificates are issued to you and may be shared publicly; the underlying course content remains our property.
7. User Conduct
You agree not to: share your account credentials; attempt to bypass paywalls or licensing restrictions; use automated tools to scrape or download course content; post harmful, illegal, or harassing content in community spaces; misrepresent your credentials or the origin of certificates.
8. Disclaimers & Limitations
The Service is provided 'as is'. CoursecAI does not guarantee specific career outcomes from course completion. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months preceding any claim.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be resolved exclusively in the courts of England and Wales, unless local consumer protection law requires otherwise.
